Police --

Professors -- Duties[overwritten with illegible word] appointed --

Duties --

Proctor [underlined] -- -- Master[?] of Police With as many assistants as may be regui [illegible]. -- Duties to be defined by Bye Laws to be hereafter enacted

Boarding [underlined] House keepers to act as assistants to Proctors so far as keeping order in their respective premises is concerned and to report violations of laws and regulations by any student to the Proctor

licensed Students to [illegible] and room in ^ Boarding Houses to be designated by the Proctor -- The rate of board to be fixed[?] by the Faculty -- The students to have their rooms at their Boarding Houses -- Not more than 20[strikethrough] 12 students to be placed in any one House -- -Details to be provided by Bye Laws.

To have charge of the Buildings of the University & to keep them in clean and proper repair -- To have charge of the grounds drainage [proofreaders' delete mark over space], to prevent trespasses.
