I know not; and yet I am from day
to day questioned on the subject. Sup-
posing that other Bishops in the Board are
equally uniformed with myself I would
kindly suggest that a little Manifest be oc-
casionally put forth in order to enable the rest
of us to satisfy reasonable enquiries on the subject.
As an evidence of the importance of such peri-
odical intelligence, I will mention that soon after
learning from you (in April) that the subscription
