he held and invested for the benefit during the life each of Annie D. Corcoran, the wife of the said William M. Corcoran, and Fannie Hill. the wife of the said Charles S. Hill, with remainder to their children and decendants in feee simple. Having fully provided for my nephew, James W. Corcoran, I make no bequest in this item to him.

I do hereby give and bequeath to such of my grandnieces and grandnephews (meaning thereby the grandchildren of my brother and sisters) as shall be living at the time of my death the sucm of three thousand dollars ($3,000) each, to be paid them when and as they shall attain or have attained the age of twenty-one (21) years; the legacy to any one of my said grandnephews and grandnieces dying before attainging said age of twenty-one (21) years to lapse.
