[desper]ately in need of you that I feel too homesick to mention it. Nevertheless, sweetheart, you'll find me yours always - always. Lately, I realise just how much you mean to me, and furthermore hearts to trust in you. I have forgotten and dismissed any of my old doubts. when I think about it I feel unworthy of you. It now seems stupid, especially since I know we love each other. Someday we may be thankful for this separation; It has left no doubt as to the depths out passion for each other runs. Forgive me, pet, if some of this letter sounds indiscriminate as to my association with the natives, but I hope to impress on you that it was that virtue I keep sacred (because of you) that we were to well-liked. You know anything I do will never bring us shame.
I will answer your letter next week, pet, & close hoping this mail leaves you more & more in love, as yours has me - sweet dreams, honey,
Your loving fiance,
Alan xxxxxxx
P.S. Thanks again for the camera. The boys in the hut envy me, and I don't wonder. I'm terribly happy that your'e not leaving the district. - Tell our Mum & Dad its good of them, & send my love to them all,
