the honour to acquaint you that the only supplies of Slop clothing and Blankets which I can find intend against that Settlement in this office are 1825 Decr 9th 200 full suits " " 100 hats " 24 12 Jackets " 15 frocks " 30 prs trowsers " 37 Shirts " 31 Prs Gloves " 12 Great Coats " 12 Blankets

an approved requisition for twenty one (21) full suits for Convicts at that settlement; at the time it was made by Mr Sleight they were on board the hulk, but while it was laying before the Governor for approval they were shipped off for their destination, and no opportunity has since offered for sending the supply then granted. The "Extract“ which is herewith returned, can be supplied from the stores, if appd. by his Excellency, with the exception of the blue jackets
