Memorandum

The Deputy Commy. General having Hired the Brig Wellington to proceed to Moreton Bay, It is requested the Colonial Secretary will be pleased to state, what number of Prisoners are to proceed by that Conveyance, In order that the vessel may be Surveyed, as to her fitness. so for such Service.
