Sir,
I wrote you yesterday to which I beg to refer you, the present is to request you will absolutely refuse paying [underlined] (any person whatever) any money on my account althow [sic] they may present your note for Cash due me which you will notice is not endorsed by me, - as also any order I have or may drawn [sic] on you (which under the particular circumstances I am presently situated, I cannot at all times refuse giving) unless such order is accompanied with a letter from me requesting you to pay it.
