The Commandant in
Moreton Bay transmits
two Lists of eight Convicts
under Sentence at that
Settlement stated to be
eligible under the Regulations
the 1st December 1831. for
return to Head Quarters,
in consequence off ordinary
and Special Servitude, as
Overseer and Constables. -

All these men appear
eligible under the above
Regulations for return to
Sydney.
