Sir I have the honor to announce to you the arrival on Saturday evening last of H M Col Brig "Governor Phillip" from the Settlements at Norfolk Island and Moreton Bay, and for the information of His Excellency the Governor beg to enclose a Manifest of Cargo Passengers &c arrived on her, the latter of which wait your permission to disembark
