Sir
In appearing,
by the Returns of Provisions
in Store at Moreton Bay that
the Settlement is still in
want of Flour, I beg you
will move His Excellency
The Governor to cause the
Schooner "Isabella" to be
immediately brought
forward to proceed again
to that Station.

I have the honor to be

[marginalia]
I reckoned upon sending the I. with [I. for Isabella?]
Prisoners to N.Island sentenced
at these Criminal Sessions.
A vessel went so lately with
Stores to Moreton Bay there
must have been some
mis-calculation of the Commisst
either then or now & I beg
to me further explanation
before I can forego the
intention I have expressed above.
