many things came too late
but none were refused which
came in time; on sending
off the Schooner Joseph Weller
the cargo was not completed
untill after all the private
Stores which offered had been
embarked. _
No. 2 The Commissariat Return on
which the Supplies were sent
States the Supply of Tea on
hand to be sufficient to last
untill the end of December
and by the Joseph Weller
enough was forwarded for 9 months.
Tea for the Hospital is issued
here as the Regulations for it
are presented, along with other
medical comforts.
No. 4. It is very important to confine
extra allowances to some scale
already established as otherwise the
System of Supply and of Accounts
