Sir,
I have the honor to inform you
that I have recently “taken up“ & am now
occupying - as a sheep run - a tract
of country on the river Boyne for
which I am desirous to obtain a
right of occupation; and as it is
situated outside the limits of any
Commissioners' district I have
presumed to address you on the
subject
