Sir I have the honor to annex, for the information of the Governor, an Extract from a Communication addressed to me by the Officer in charge of the Commissariat Department, at Moreton Bay, relative to the dilapidated state of the Windmill at that station and beg to recommend for His Excellency's consideration, that the Materials thereof be disposed of by Public Auction as suggested by Mr. Walker
