Coming to this city
These considerations have impelled
the motif. that first class and
permanent improvements
should be made. If any
are made. that such improvement
should not be hencewith the
dynimity of the city of Seattle
Though made subservient to many
useful necessary and health giving
features for public accomodation requirements
Three plans were necessary
to intelligently set forth such ideas
for the improvement of Pioneer Place
The first showing a ground plan
contemplating a concrete and
asphaltum pavement for the road way on all
the streets aand avenues centering
around said place and
indicating the location of the Oratorium, situated so as to
facilitate the occupancy of
the place by the largest
possible assemblage without
interfereing with estabished traffic
and will accomodate not less than
5000 persons.
