Department of Public Parks.--
Report on program of work for the month of April, 1892.
Kinnear Park. One carpenter has been employed during the whole month.-- He has built the Ladies' closet and 986 feet of rustic fencing.--- The rest of the labor expended here has been devoted exclusively to preparing the grounds and planting flowers and shrubs.---

In "Denny Park" we have handed off 890 yards of material which completed the grading so far as any instructions go.
"City Park" I have laid the water pipe from the northern end of Mitchell St. to the park nurseries as directed, and laid service pipe in both houses and through the grounds.--- 28 loads of manure and 6 of loam have been hauled.-- The laboring force worked 3 days clearing, which, with usual routine nursery work is all the work done in this park for the month.--

8 hydrants have been set up for attaching 34 in hose.--
