Town of Ballard, :
Nelse Emerson, being first duly sworn on oath deposes and
says: That he is the person appointed by the Council of the Town
of Ballard to take a census of said town; that he has taken a
census of said town and that the number of inhabitants in said town
is One Thousand Six Hundred and Thirty-six (1636); that the fore-
going list is a true, full and correct census of all the inhabit-
ants of such town, in which census the name of each person is
plainly written, and the names alphabetically arranged and regularly
numbered in one complete series as provided by law.
Subscribed and sworn to before me this 18th day of
December, 1890.
