Town Council met pursuant to adjournment
Mayor Hutchinson presiding
Roll call and the following Councilmen
present McKay, Groat & Calder,
The minutes of the last meeting read
and approved.
The Marshall's report on the amount
of Poll Tax collected inthe year of 1894
read and on motion accepted and
ordered placed on file.
The Attorney made a report on the question
of recovering the anount of money due the
town from the County road fund and
the same accepted and the Mayor and
councilman McKay requested tobe present
at the meeting of the County Commissioners
of Friday Dec 7th, When the attorney will
present a partishion to the commissioners
asking for the amount of money due the
town.
The following Bills read and on motion
warrants ordered drawn for the payment of same
Bill from Allen Printing Co for printing ballots $3.00
Bill from A N Hepler for work on Angeline St
$1.50
Motion made and carried to adjourn
