Griffith Davies and Max Cleriens
being duly sworn each for himself on oath deposes and says: That he
is one of the sureties who signed and executed the within bond that
he is a bona fide resident of the state of Washington that he is not
a counselor or attorney at law sheriff clerk of the Superior Court
or other officer of such Court and that he is worth the sum of one
thousand dollars over and above his debts and liabilities and ex-
clusive of property exempt from execution.
