since said 22nd day of
February 1893, they have not
used their rights under
said license, nor do they
intend to.

Your petitioner further
states that on the 17th day of
January 1893, your petitioner
and his copartner were
engaged in their Saloon busi-
ness at 622 King Street in
the City of Seattle, and
when they sold out their
Saloon business on the 22nd
day of February 1893 they
did not assign nor sell
any of their rights under
said music license No. 121
and they are now the
sole owners and holders
thereof.

Wherefore your
petitioner prays that your
Honorable Body will cancel
said music license No. 121
