That the outlay required by the
city for this purpose is comparative-
ly small; and that this property
has for many years contributed its
just and fair proportion in taxes
to the city, and has never before
asked and or benefit therefrom
That you petitioners contemplate the
building at their own expense a
suitable sidewalk along said
route, if only your Hon Body
will assist us to the small extent
which the improvements herein
asked for will entail
