To the City Council:
Gentlemen I wish to
call your attention to a rebate
of $58.95 allowed me by County Commis-
sioners last June on the taxes of 1891
on Lot (8) Blk. (18) C. D. Boren's Add. At the
same time a recommendation was
sent to the City Council, (the recom-
mendation has been misplaced or lost.)
to the effect that the City allow
me a proportionate rebate on the
City taxes, on the above property for
the same year.

Hoping your honorable body will
give this matter your immediate
attention, and oblige
