The Honorable City Council:
Gentlemen: We the under-signed property owners re-
siding, or owning property on Barclay St. or Rennington Ave
and McClaire St., do respectfully petition your honorable
body to have a water main laid as follows:
Beginning at the corner of Broadway and Barclay Sts.,
and running East on Barclay and Rennington Ave. to McClair
St., and thence North on McClaire St. to the North line of
Walla Walla Addition.
