Honorable Board of Aldermen
Gentlemen,
Your petitioner would most respec-
fully petition your honorable Body to
grant him the privilage of lowering the
floor in the Building located on Lot 4
Block 3, Denny's First Addtition, located
on East side Second Street and one
Store south of Cherry Street. The floor is about
18 inches above the level of sidewalk, and
in its present condition your petitioner
finds it very inconvenient and detrimen-
tal to his business. Hoping your
honorable body will kindly grant
the request for which your petitioner
will ever pray.
