Gentlemen
The undersigned, comprising
the Seattle Board of Education, respectfully
request the immediate extension by the City
of the Battery Street sewer from the Center of
Fifth Street to the center of Sixth. This
is needed for the relief of the Denny School,
the largest school building in the State of
Washington, which will reopen its doors to
the youth of the city early in September.
