City Council,
We the undersigned property holders and
residents of the City of Seattle
do most respectfully petition your honorable
body to cause to be built a good substantial
sidewalk on the north side of Bell St between
Front and West Streets opposite Block 28 Bell and Denny's.
Addition
, when Bell St was graded and side
walked for some reason unknown to your
petitioners this space opposite Block 28 was
skipped.
