Gentlemen,
I enclose herewith copy of Ord
Ordinance No. 1147 "Regulating the comstruction,
alturation and repair of buildings in the
City of Seattle", in where the Dept. of
Buildings wishes to make certain (?)
changes, as indicated on page 3, 6, 14, 29 and
44 and of which a list will be formed
on the fly leaf at end of pamphlet.

The Board of Pub. Works recommend that
the changes proposed be adopted and the
ordinances thus be amended be revealed
as early as (?).
