steamer Easter Oregon burned and
said City Warrant No 4916 was burned and
destroyed by the burning of said Steamer.
And whereas said George Ross has made
application to the proper officers of said
City of Seattle for the issue and delivery
to hhim of a duplicate Warrant in lieu
of the original No 4926 so burned and de-
stroyer as aforesaid.
Now therefore if said City of Seattle
shall issue and deliver to said George
Ross a duplicate City Warrant in lieu
of said original No 4926 so destroyed as
aforesaid and siad George Ross shall
save and keep from the payment of said original
City Warrant No 4926 and all costs that
may arise be reason of the issueance
of said duplicate then the obliga-
tion shall be null and void
otherwise to be and remain if full
force and effect in law.
