Your committee on Sewers and Drainage
to whom was referred the petition of Charles
Hart and others for a sewer
on Cedar Street from 4th &
Water and on Water from Cedar
& Vine report in favor of
granting the same.

As said petition says there
are a large number of houses
needing sewage facilities that
are denied them as the present
sewers are arranged and im-
mediate relief should be given
the property owners.
