and Members of the Board of
Aldermen of the City of Seattle

Gentlemen

The undersigned property-
owners and tax-payers respectfully ask
your Hon Body to order the construction
of a sewer on Cedar Street from Fourth
Street to Water Street thence along
Water Street to a connection with the
sewer on Vine Street. A good many
buildings have been erected on Cedar
Street others are under construction
or contemplated. Said sewer to be
constructed at the expence of the
City of Seattle and not at the expense
of abutting property. Hoping your
Hon Body will act without delay
in that matter we remain
respectfully yours.
