At the regular
meeting of the Board of Health it was
decided to recommend to the favorable
Consideration of your Honorable Body
The petition of Chas Hart et al for a
sewer on Ceder St from Fourth to Water
and on Water Street to a connection with
the Public sewer on Vine St as said
was deemed necessary to public health
in that vicinity.
