Seattle June 22 189 To the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Seattle The undersigned respectufully petitions your honorable body for leave to build, operate and maintain a standard and narrow guage railroad either single or double track on the north line of King Street between Commercial and Second Streets and the contract and maintain for the operation of said road a trestle over second and commercial streets subject to such restrictions as your honorable body may impose.
