To the Honorable, the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Seattle.

Gentlemen, The undersigned propertyowners, respectfully ask your honorable body to order the construction of a sewer on Cedar street, commencing at the foot of Cedar Street, up to fourth street. There are a number of buildings on both sides of the street, among them such buildings as the Brawley-Block on the N.W. Corner of Front and Cedar a four storey building 60 x 80 containing a number of Water-closets and sinks and which building for the lack of a sewer in Cedar street has been the cause of a nuisance for several blocks on its neighborhood and as these other buildings will be erected in the near
