parties for labor performed or materal furnished in good
faith, besides the liability of loss and damage resulting
from non-completion of these sewers and the possible serious
results in case of fire by reason of the obstruction of Main
Street, I would most respectfully suggest that you
urge immediate action on the part of the honorable City
Council, with reference to further appropriations to com-
plete these sewers and relieve the streets from obstruction.
