and residents along Dearborn street respectfully
pray your Honorable Body to cause a
sewer to be placed in said Dearborn Street
from 10th Street to Elliot Bay.

An examination by your Committee
on Sewers and Drainage in this matter will
convince you of the necessity for prompt
action as the health of the neighborhood is
such as to admit of no delay.
