Mr President:
Your Committee on Judiciary
to whom was referred petition of Hans S Ellingson,
have had the same made under consideration
and report in favor of granting the relief
asked for on the ground that Lot 2 of Blk.
8, of Prospect Terrace Addition, cannot be
assessed to pay for grading of the Street Counding
the East Side of said Block 8, as said Lot
No 2 has at frontage upon the street bounding
the West Side of said Lot, and lots can
under the old law be assessed only to the
middle of the block.
