To the Mayor & Common Council of the
City of Seattle report of Fire Warden for
the month of February one fire on Washington
Street Between Second Street & Third Street close to the
Fire Department 75 Ft 3/4" hose
I would recommend that some action be
takin in regard to fire slips as the
one at the foot of Columbia Streetis of no
use except at High tide. Also that the
foot of Columbia St be cleared of all buildings.
