Gent,

The undersigned petitions your Hon.
Board to have sewer extended from the cor
of 4th & Olive to the cor of 4th & Virginia
Sts or to the centre of block bet Stewart
and Virginia to connect five houses
three now in [?] of construction

At present all sewerage is run into a
cesspool in alley which creates a terrible
stench and is injurious to all surrounding.
