streets be opened graded sixty feet wide and sidewalked to wit
commencing at the junction of Florence and Rainier
streets in Lewis and Gilman and Baxter Additions
thence South on Rainier Street to Lake View Street
thence East on Baxter Street to Lake View Street
thence South on Lake View Street to Walnut Street
thence East on Walnut Street To Baker Street
thence East on Baker Street to the North line
