Petition

To the Mayor and
Common Council
of the City of Seattle:-

The undersigned property
owners, and persons doing
businesses, and residing upon
Front and Columbia Streets,
near the corner of said streets,
in the said city of Seattle,
would most respectfully repre-
sent to your Honorable Body,
that there is now no sidewalk
on that portion of Front Street
and Columbia Street fronting
on the Lot No Eight in Block
No Eight, in Carson D. Boren's
addition to Seattle; and that
the present condition of said
portions of said streets is one
of danger, and inconvenience
to foot passengers traversing
up and down said streets,
and we furthermore petition
you to authorize and
