lot now occupied by No 4 Company a
brick house 24x60 ft fitted with stalls
harness room too. Sleeping apartments large
room water closet etc for a monthly
rental of one hundred dollars or will
build a frame house same size on Battery
St next to alley between 4th and 5th Streets for
a monthly rental of fifty dollars.
