4th That the means for
the carrying out of these
recommendations be obtained
from the sale of the two lots
at the Corner of Bell and
[[Third Street]]s, these lots not
being suitable for the use of
the Department, and from
the sale of the Lot on [[South
Third Street]]. The last mentioned
lot has becoem very valuable
but is not any better adapted
for Fire department purposes
than other lots which are
not held at a tithe of the
value of the [[Third St]] property.
5 That until the Company
houses are built temporary
quarters be obtained and
fitted up at as small an
expense ad possible
