Gentlemen
There is an error in
the assessment of W1/2 of Lot 5 Blk 6 H K Yeslers 1st Add
to Seattle as same appears on City Tax Roll for the year
1892. The value of same as per County Tax Roll should
be Land $400 Improvements $400 Total $800, instead of Land
$600 Improvements $400 Total $1000. as appears in Page
1398 Line 21 of City Roll. This error was discovered
and corrected on County Roll after the City Roll was
made out and turned over. At the request of M S
French the owner of said property I make this
statement of facts and request your honorable body
to take such action as will remedy said error.
