MR PRESIDENT:
Your Committee on Streets
to whom was referred Petition of Wm Ritterhoff
and others, beg to report as follows.
We recommend that the Board
of Public Works be authorized to
raise the sidewalk as prayed
for in the petition, provided the
city be put to no expense whatever
for raising buildings on the line
of said sidewalk.
