MR. PRESIDENT:

Your Committee on Streets to whom was referred the Petition of M.H. Young et al would report recommending that a bridge on roadway 16 feet wide, and about 600 feet long, on bents, be divided to be constructed, and that the necessary box drains be also put into position on said street. The work is estimated to cost about $700 for the bridge.

To the Hon. The City Council, of Seattle, Wash. Gentlemen, The accompanying petitions of M. H. Young and some 30 others for the repair of So. 14th St. is herewith returned to your Hon. Body with the statement that the facts as therein stated are believed to be correct and that it is the duty of the City to make the repairs requested and this Board recommends that the same be ordered.
