Gentlemen: -

We, the undersigned citizens and tax payers living on and in the vicinity
of Lake Street, respectfully represent that East Street, north of Yesler Avenue,
is not lighted by the City, and your petitioners respectfully ask your Hon.
body to order electric lights, of thirty candle power, placed at the north west
corner of Lake & East Streets, and the north west corner of Prince William&
East Streets, and your petitioners will ever pray.
