of the City of Seattle, Wash.

I, the undersigned, hereby apply for a license to keep an Intelligence
Office, under the provisions of Ordinance No. 1356, an ordinance entitled "An
Ordinance to license and regulate the keepers of Intelligence Offices and the busi-
ness of Employment Agencies in the City of Seattle," approved May 16, 1890, at
No. 102, Washington Street
for the period of 3 months, ending January 15, 1902

We, the undersigned citizens of the City of Seattle, certify that in
our opinion John Guerin, who makes the
above application for a license to keep an Intelligence Office is a person of good
moral character.
