To the Honorable Mayor and City Council of the City
of West Seattle, King County, Washington.
Gentlemen:
YOur petitioner the undersigned and owners of the
property, appearing opposite our respective names, such prop-
erty being and lying within the hereinafter proposed "Local
Improvement District", and the same being subject to assess-
ments in proportion to the benefirs derived by the improvement
herein proposed, do hereby respectfully petition your Honor-
able Body to establish a "Local Improvement District", as pro-
vided by law, for the grading and parking of the following
streets in the City of West Seattle, to wit:
Olympic Avenue, from Wittlesey Street to
Spencer Street.
Vashon Avenue, from Spruce Street to Battery
Street
Columbia Avenue, from Spruce Street to
South Street
Haller Avenue from Spruce Street to South Street
Lewis Street from Dorffel Avenue to South
Street
Turner Street from Heisz Court to South Street
Ferry Avenue, from Prince Street to South Street
Princess Street, from Sunset Avenue to South
Street
Elorus Street, from Southline of Hughe's
Addition to the Northline of Hughe's Addition.
Spruce Street, fron Haller Avenue to Sunset

Neisz Court, between Eastern and Western
limits thereof
Bayview Street, from High Street to Elorus Street
Prince Street from California Avenue to Elorus

Alga Street, from Princess to the West-
