To the Hon. Mayor and Councilmen of the City of West Seattle Gentlemen We the undersigned property owners and citizens of West Seattle do petition and re quest that you take some immediate steps to have a competent Engineer employed to put in a system of Sewerage in West Seattle. We believe that the present conditions demand prompt action to protect a great deal of valuable property now in danger from the effects of the surface water which is not now controlled at all
