Gentleman

The petition of the Trustin P. Dyer [sic]
and others for the planking of Howell St
from 8th Street to Depot Street was referd [sic]
to me for the estimate of cost. I would recommend
that Howell Street be planked on the
South Side from 8th Street to 10th St, and on
the North Side from West side of 10th St
to East Side of 14th St at a cost not to exeed
($1,478.00). Fourteen hundred and seventy five
dollars. From 14th St to Depot st is planked
in center of Street
