That there are no buildings on
any of the lots on either side of
said Seventh Street for a distance
of 120 feet north of said King
Street except from old cabins,
Wherefore your petitioner prays
that he may be permited by
you Humble Body to erect a
suitable dwelling home for the
occupation of himself and
family in said Seventh Street.
